In order to create the best quality, please make sure you upload all the photos require when placing order, as well as your email. We will contact you if we need further photos from you. 

Please read thorough our Return Policy before placing order, very important!!

 

✿ Packing info - 

Each pet is well wrapped and comes with wood box and foam paper to make sure it is 100% safe during shipping from us to your end. ** Gift option is available, please dm us **

 

✿ All sizes info -

  • Whole customized pot:

         Small- height: 12cm (±1cm)  / width: 7cm 

         Medium- height: 16cm  (±1cm)  / width: 10cm

         Large- height: 20cm (±1cm)  / width: 15cm

  • Personalized Pet Keepsake Urn 

        Pot Height: 12cm (±1cm)  / width: 10cm + pet height (around7-8cm)

  • Custom Ceramic Figurine 7-8 cm
  • Custom Roly-Poly Pet 5-6 cm

From receiving order, checking design details to ready for shipping roughly takes 2 months (excluding national holidays and weekends).

 

✿ Shipping info - 

We offer free worldwide shipping for orders over £99!

For orders below £99, a flat shipping fee will apply depending on your location.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
