Refund policy

At Pawttery, every piece of pottery we create is handmade and customized to your specific requests, making each item truly unique. Because of the personalized nature of our products, the following return and exchange policy applies, in line with UK consumer regulations.


No Change of Mind Returns

As all our items are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind after placing the order. This includes items that match your specified design but are no longer wanted.


Natural Variations in Ceramic Crafting

Any speckles or small dots on the ceramic surface are natural phenomena caused by the properties of the clay or raw materials used. These are not called faulty, they are natural phenomena, here are some natural occurrences:

 

  • The texture and color of the ceramic are a result of the interaction between the glaze and the clay body.
  • The glaze itself is not a simple pigment but is composed of natural minerals and fired to create its final appearance.
  • The final color of your artwork may not exactly match the original color of your pet’s fur, so please keep this in mind.

 

Returning Damaged Items
If your item is damaged during shipping, please inform us within 14 days of receiving it. We will require photos of the damage to assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.


Returns for damage items must be in their original packaging.
