🌟 Is the product fully customizable?
Yes everything is custom-made! from the shape of the jar and the ceramic figurine on the lid, to the small keepsakes you choose to include.
We will also provide a draft layout before production, so you can confirm the design and placement of all items.
What will be included on the lid of the Keepsake Jar?
Each lid will feature one custom ceramic figurine, along with 1 to 5 simple keepsake items of your choice.
🌟 What photos do I need to prepare?
For the custom figurine on the lid, please provide clear photos of your pet from the front, back, left, and right sides. Also the photos of the mementos you'd like to include on the lid.
You can upload the photos directly on our website when ordering, or leave your email and we will contact you for the details.
🌟Can I add engraving?

It takes a while to get because it's handmade, but omg it is 100% worth the wait!!!
